f bajje may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. If any information submitted by a member is found to be false, f bajje reserves the right to close the account and withhold any funds held in it.

3. Age Verification

All gaming and betting services on f bajje are strictly for persons aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

f bajje offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a balance of ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the relevant promotion's terms state otherwise.
• A bonus may only be used in the games or sections specified in the relevant promotion.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in all those accounts being cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming

The following terms apply to the use of f bajje's slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• f bajje is not responsible for any internet disconnection during a game; the game server record will be treated as final.

• If evidence of match manipulation or use of unauthorised software is found, the relevant account will be closed.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, it is removed and the remaining selections are recalculated.
• In live betting, if odds change, the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

7. VIP Program

The f bajje VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can move up to higher levels through regular play.

7.1 Weekly Cashback

Cashback applies to the net loss of the week at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold level member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

7.2 VIP Terms

• f bajje reserves the right to change or withdraw VIP benefits for specified reasons.
• VIP level may change in the event of extended inactivity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

f bajje may temporarily or permanently close a member's account in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false identity or information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of financial fraud or money laundering.
• Sharing account password or details with a third party.

A member may also request account closure at any time. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned where legally applicable.

9. Privacy Policy
